Description
The Pro Hunter Omani Datejust II MK II is a high quality customisation of a Brand New Rolex Datejust II ref 116300.
In the 1970s, Sultan Qaboos of Oman commissioned Rolex to create custom watches to be presented to the British Military SAS troops in recognition of their service in Oman during the Dhofar rebellion. There are known to be around 80-90 of these watches either with the Khanjar or Qaboos dial, which believed to be the number of soldiers in the SAS Military during that period. The use of the colour is also symbolic to the national flag of Oman at the time.
These Rolex watches have now found their place in the vintage world and we have created the Pro Hunter Oman Khanjar Collection as tribute.
It has a diamond like carbon coating with shiny finish on a 41mm case. The black dial is enhanced with PROHUNTER in red with roman numerals and with the national symbol of Oman, the Omani Khanjar in red. Finished with an anti-reflective coating and individually numbered engraved case backs. Available in red, green and gold.
Limited edition pieces, all Pro Hunters come brand new with box, papers and 2 year warranty.
